The sap is starting to move in the trees, the owls are beginning to mate, the black ice will soon melt into a grey slush, and since we’ve moved a year ago things here at House of Mercy are starting to move.
This year we began the Creation/Apocalypse Climate Crisis Lectionary, started the HOM weekly podcast, and the new house band, The Mercy Machine, is running on all cylinders.
It’s time to start thinking of your pledge.
If we increase our giving from $184,842 to $226,511 we will be able to hire a nursery person, have some love feasts, complete the sound system and signage, and roll out the first stage of our new incarnation: The House of Mercy Music Hall and Church.
Consider what you can give–continuing or increasing your current contribution, or pledging for the first time.
