Food for the Feast of Revolution

In deciding how to prepare the food on Easter Sunday – a truly revolutionary feast – the cooks decided to purchase as many ingredients as possible from Whole Farm Co-op. Eating local in Minnesota in April – a novel and challenging concept!


About 80% of the ingredients for the various appetizers were ordered through Whole Farm. Remember you can order groceries on-line every month from Whole Farm Co-op and pick them up right at House of Mercy
